TradeOfi LLC  ·  Flower Mound, Texas

Contractors rarely lose money on the job. They lose it on the paperwork.

TradeOfi is the back office for contractors and public adjusters — claim estimates that survive carrier review, and AR/AP that gets you paid and keeps your suppliers current. One person on both, start to finish.

Money leaves a contracting business at two doors.

It leaves when the scope is written short, and it leaves when the invoice sits in the drawer. Most contractors have nobody covering either one, so both stay open. TradeOfi closes them.

Claim estimating & scope documentation

Xactimate estimates, supplement justification, and code-cited F9 notes for storm, fire, and water losses — written to be defended, not just submitted.

  • Residential and commercial, up to $5M+ files
  • Supplements tied to what is already in the file
  • Roof takeoffs and bids: BUR, TPO, PVC, metal, steep-slope

AR, AP, and books that stopped making sense

Invoices that go out on time and get followed up, bills paid in the right order, and a set of books you can actually read — whether you bill draws and retainage or contingency fees on settled claims.

  • Invoicing, progress billing, retainage, and collections follow-up
  • Vendor bills, payment scheduling, lien waiver tracking
  • Catch-up and cleanup when the books stopped being accurate

Why bothThe same problem

It is one problem wearing two hats.

A contractor who is short on the estimate collects less than the job cost. A contractor who is slow on the invoice collects late, borrows to cover payroll, and pays for the delay twice. Both failures come from the same place — the office work happens after dark, by someone who spent the day on a roof.

Handing those two jobs to the same person means the estimate and the invoice agree with each other, the supplement shows up in AR when it is approved, and nothing falls into the gap between the claim file and the books.
